  • French public schools were set up, due to enlightenment ideas and a less government oppression.
  • Feudalism died away with the end of the monarchy.
  • French bourgeois and landowning classes emerged as the dominant powers.

  • The French Revolution set the standard for the world, for abolishing monarchies. France lead many other countries like Russia and England to try and overthrow their countries monarchy.
